Complete disappointment with my last service visit. Tristan checked me in and was great as always. It went downhill after that. A simple oil change/tire rotation took over 3 hours, even with an appoint Tristan checked me in and was great as always. It went downhill after that. A simple oil change/tire rotation took over 3 hours, even with an appointment. When it was finally done there were no apologies for taking so long and Al Cusano handed me the bill for $118. He questioned me when I told him I had bought a maintenance plan and that my oil changes were already paid for. A quick check on his computer and he handed me the keys and said “there you go”. Totally unprofessional!! More
