I called and made an appointment, came to my scheduled appointment just to be told that nobody actually scheduled me. So I had to wait 3 hours for my car to be fixed, with a 1 year old toddler. I called to schedule an appointment, arrived to my appointment just to be told that my appointment never got scheduled. So the person I talked to dropped the ball. I had to wait 3 almost 4 hours for m appointment just to be told that my appointment never got scheduled. So the person I talked to dropped the ball. I had to wait 3 almost 4 hours for my car to be done, with a crying 1 year old. I was told it will only take an hour. Very inconvenient and disappointing. More
