Bournival’s customer service is exceptional. They are friendly and helpful and if you can’t stay while your car is getting serviced they give you a ride. They went above and beyond to make sure that my car will operate safely and that I got it back quickly. I tell everyone that they should go there for Jeeps!! More
Service was great. Came in for an oil change and they gave me a car wash for free. Comfortable waiting area as well. Came in for an oil change and they gave me a car wash for free. Comfortable waiting area as well. More

Loved working with Bournival Dealership. Chris was kind, honest and hardworking. He took the time to understand what I was looking for in a Jeep and helped me to make the right decision. Back to being treated like a valued customer. Best experience in many years. Mike was the best (easy)sales man to deal with in at least 30 years. I can't speak to the Sales side, but the Service Department seems to have a lot of problems. If you want to talk to someone who sounds like they hate their job, talk anyone in the Service Departmen Department seems to have a lot of problems. If you want to talk to someone who sounds like they hate their job, talk anyone in the Service Department. Scheduled and dropped my Cherokee off twice to get work done. Both times, I received a call around noon to say they couldn't do the work that day but they would try to get it done in the next couple of days. There are too many other Jeep dealers around for them to provide such poor service. More
ZERO STARS i bought my Dodge Challenger here several years ago., so i brought it here when i had an issue. i informed them of my issue before making appointment and they told me they DO service Dodge. years ago., so i brought it here when i had an issue. i informed them of my issue before making appointment and they told me they DO service Dodge. My window intermittently goes up and down when vehicle turned off and drains battery. Today..2 hours later and $180 later i no longer have without the issue resolved nor looked at im told your battery is low and needs to be replaced and will cost $550 would you like us to do that? i said NO thats not why i brought it here i know its getting drained i unplug it every night because of window issue draining it possible door module from what ive read in Dodge Challenger forums with similar issue. I just need to drive the car to recharge a bit thats all it takes. Battery was unhooked while sitting overnight and not driven to get it back. I hadnt unhooked it immediately yesterday so it was drained a but already from the window bouncing up down with car shut off (Had it tested elsewhere today and battery is100% fine doesnt need to be replaced after i drove it) I was told by Bournival they cant diagnose further until i get a new battery. Once again thats not why i brought it here. Showed them video of my window issue. He said its not doing it at that moment so they cant diagnose it and they wont look at it further until i get new battery. Again they want $550 for this battery it must be made with real gold. when i got upset i was told they are not Dodge and i should bring it to Dodge dealership! So i ask... #1 Why did you take it in to look at if you are telling me you dont service Dodge AND #2 Why look at it for 2 hours if you arent going to diagnose it if battery is low in the first place #3 oh yes it may be that aftermarket radio installed in my car. That was their 3rd guess at whats wrong My radio installed over 7 years that cost me $1800 professionally installed. But they are Not sure they have to charge me.more to look into it further. Oops didnt they just tell me to take it to Dodge dealership? Which is it? It just cant be that window that goes up and down when the car is off. Many excuses to charge me today you just told me you cant help me you arent dodge dealer but to bring it back in so you can diagnose it further when battery is replaced. $550 for their battery. I can get it elsewhere for half of that but I DONT NEED A BATTERY. oh i get it..you just want to get another easy $180 diagnostic fee from me. Just like the $180 you charged me a few years back when you said it was a gas tank sensor causing my check engine light to be on and would cost additional $500 to fix on top of diagnostic fee i just paid. Turned out i just needed to tighten my gas cap when i had a technician look at it during inspection elsewhere . Making up things that are not wrong with a car is just WRONG. AVOID this place at all cost !BTW i want my money back your service department is a joke i can only imagine how many others this has happened to. It must be how you stay in business by lying to people . You should have never looked at my car to be able to charge me if you dont service Dodge and i should take it to a Dodge dealer. You just told me you dont service Dodge after looking at it. Why did you take it in to look at in the 1st place? I know its all about the $$$$...other peoples hard earned money Waste of my time and money Also when i mentioned the Dodge Challenger Forum he said to me oh you must be smarter and know more than our technicians . Is that really a way to talk to someone trying to get their car fixed when they have read about the same issue with other people and just trying to help move things along so i can get this fixed? Apparently some of the Dodge Challenger 2013 Hellcats were recalled for this same issue as well as many other models with this issue im not the only one!. How dare i speak to a man in this way with knowledge of such an issue. I have never felt so disrespected when trying to get my car fixed More
