She brought out multiple keys for us to test drive numerous vehicles- no pressure, no sales pitch just helpful and professional. Thanks to her and the service manager, who buffed out a spot on one headlight. Finally, the finance guy was thorough, friendly, competent, and NOT PUSHY. Fantastic experience.
