2017 Honda Accord Sport Purchase I visited Bournes Automative in Daytona Beach Friday, March 30, to negotiate for a 2017 Honda Accord Sport and found out that Bournes doesn't negotiat I visited Bournes Automative in Daytona Beach Friday, March 30, to negotiate for a 2017 Honda Accord Sport and found out that Bournes doesn't negotiate on price. Their business model is like CarMax but better because they can find other ways to offset price issue and their sales staff are salaried so there's no high pressure or games. At first I was disappointed because I wanted to negotiate; however, after talking with Charlene and Chad further we agreed to work on my trade value and we arrived at a fair estimate which normalized my price expectations. Since it was 5pm and they were closing which is atypical for a car dealership (a good thing for their employees and customers too :~), I decided to return Saturday, March 31 to finalize the purchase. When I arrived Charlene had the car ready and Matt had me in and out of the dealership in no time. I can tell you Bourne's Daytona is the best car buying experience I've had to date. Charlene, Chad, and Matt's were friendly and professional throughout which made the experience exemplary and non stressful. I will be trading my second car there when the time comes. More
