Hands down the absolute best car buying experience I have ever had. We were allowed to keep test driving vehicles until my husband found the perfect fit for him, and once he found it with the Jeep we were a ever had. I walked the lot this morning without a salesman pouring sales pitches out like water. I have been in the market for a new to me car or truck for over a year now, and have lived in the Daytona area for year sales pitches out like water. I have been in the market for a new to me car or truck for over a year now, and have lived in the Daytona area for years, never knowing the lot even existed. When I finally introduced myself to Matt, I had already test drove 2 different cars on the lot. After refusing the second one, we stumbled across the Grand Cherokee. Car 1, 36k. Car 2, 32k. Car 3, 29k. As the sale price went down, and a potential commission went down also, this never phased Matt. The level of respect he maintained was second to none. I have been denied, and treated like a number from absolutely every big name dealership in this area for the past year. Consistently pushed towards a more expensive car or truck, all while knowing they were not going to push to get me bought. Matt listened to what I wanted. I asked for a low down payment. I received a zero down payment. I asked for a respectable monthly, and he brought me the number I asked for. On the car I wanted. Honestly, enough can not be said about the entire team at Bournes. This is my home city, and Bournes will forever be my home dealership!! More
