Integrity at its best Asa mother, I purchased used Chevy from Bourne. The sales staff was unusually relaxed and kept giving us keys to multiple cars to drive. They allowed us to privately reflect upon each test drive and they stayed inside. If we had a question it was answered. No pressure. The vehicles wher below price on all the websites and I could not find the vehicles we considered even in other states with same year, condition and mileage. This is when I was super imlrrssed and GRATEFUL for a family owned business with integrity and flexibility. My son drove to Ohio for college a few days after the purchase. the warranty was bumper to bumper 90 days or 3000 miles. As a female purchasing alone that gave me some peace. They agreed to repair a tail light and they offered to pay for the windshield and a radio issue in Ohio. I wasn't even in the middle. Ben with service paid the shop directly in Ohio. Then there was a steering fluid problem. Technically the warranty is only at Bournes for coverage, understandably to avoid being taken advantage of. This repair was cosky. I couldn't fky up and Fri e it home bc it wouldn't be safe and would push the odometer over 3000 miles. My son and I were in a panic. Ben made an exception due to the unique circumstances with the car purchased and owner a full time student days later in another state. So they made an exception and saved the day! He talked directly to the shop owner in Ohio. He alllwed him to repair it and covered it. My only other choice would to be ship he car back o Florida to meet the criteria of the warranty. So thank you for going above and beyond and in a society of big business...using the discretion to make an exception when they could have been rigid and stuck us with a costly repair to get the car safe. More

They both respected my wish to take a moment to consider my proposed purchase, affording me the time to do a little homework on the vehicle and to consider my purchase options. At no point during the sale did I feel pressured or rushed, it was the most pleasant auto sales experience I have had in a long time. Bourne's does a marvelous job with their vehicle inventory. The online representations of the vehicle were exactly what I saw in person, accurate, factual and proper.
