Had an issue with my AC not functioning properly. I had taken my vehicle to another facility not affiliated with Bourne’s. Their technicians informed me that I was going to need a $700 part that wou I had taken my vehicle to another facility not affiliated with Bourne’s. Their technicians informed me that I was going to need a $700 part that would include $300 labor. Therefore, I brought the vehicle to your facility & after your technician reviewed and did his inspection.....my vehicle only required a $25 part. As you can imagine I was very happy. Your technicians are superb as well as your service employees and your sales employees. I will be returning for future purchases as well as service maintenance. Thank you for your professionalism and making me feel like part of the Bourne Family. More
