Service I was looking for I walked in knowing what I was looking for and was greeted by Andrew one of the salesman. He then called in Chad the sales Mgr. who also was very pleasant and helped too finalize everything. I then went to the financial dept. where I met another great guy from Nigeria but can’t remember his name. I called him Mr. Virginia inside joke. He ran everything through and that was it. I took the car home that day had my son look at it he had a few request which took us to the service dept. where we met Benny also very nice and he took care of everything. I would definitely recommend this dealership. More

My husband was a first time buyer and had no credit and Andrew work so hard with the finance department to help us get into a 2013 Yukon for our family of 7. We were there for about an hour and Andrew is able to do majority of it over the phone. We had a wonderful experience and all of the staff was very nice. I would highly recommend this dealership and be visiting it sometime in the future again for maybe our next vehicle. More

Maintenance Issue I made an appointment with Ben of the Service dept. After describing the situation with my 2015 Nissan and the dash light indicator, he suggested I co I made an appointment with Ben of the Service dept. After describing the situation with my 2015 Nissan and the dash light indicator, he suggested I come in as early as possible unless I could leave the car. I arrived as early as I could and he immediately went to work diagnosing the problem, explaining it to me, patiently and fully. It would take a few hours to complete, but the waiting area was very clean and comfortable, and fully stocked to make coffee, etc. The part couldn't be delivered and he made the drive to Deland to get it! Lunch time rolled around and Ben offered to order lunch for me when he had his own. I offered to pay as I was getting hungry, but my lunch was on them!! Not long after, my car was repaired and ready to take home. All worked great and my experience there couldn't have been better, Hats off to Ben, for his patience and the efficiency of his team! I purchased this Nissan at Bourne's in 2017 and definitely recommend this dealership. Much better and less stressful than anywhere I have dealt with in the car sales industry!! More
