Using Carfax, I found several for sale near me and the best one by far to fit my budget was offered by Bourne's. I researched Bourne's, too. It's reputation is stellar and, after buying from Bourne's, I can say it is well-deserved. Special shout out to my salesman, Patrick Miner. He should be called "No Pressure Patrick" because he put my needs first rather than focusing on just making any old sale. I highly recommend Bourne's Auto Center. More

Excellent Service Department I bought a 2011 Lincoln MKX in March 2019 and about a week later had an issue with the brakes. I spoke to the manager in the service department, Ben, I bought a 2011 Lincoln MKX in March 2019 and about a week later had an issue with the brakes. I spoke to the manager in the service department, Ben, who said he would arrange to pick up the vehicle immediately in Jacksonville where I live. He would have the issue corrected and re-deliver the vehicle. This was accomplished in 3 days. This was incredible service to say the least, and all through the process, Ben stayed in contact with me. I would recommend Bourne's Auto Center in a heartbeat and thank you again Ben. I could not be happier. More
