Only go here if you want to be taken for a fool. Apparently "non negotiable" means a manager runs after you to save a deal. There are 2 things this place needs to do immediately. 1. fool. As a courtesy to customers, send an invoice via email for any deals made over the phone. This will keep any and all opportunites for Miscommunication to a minimum. The price talked about on two different occasions was 4 thousand dollars different at the end. 2. The immediate termination of the employee, which is THEIR finance manager, who cost the dealership money, matt the salesperson money and his own money, as well as the time lost on a deal that I was very excited about. The fact of the matter is that the issue isn't just the money, it's the integrity, or lack thereof, of the people that the dealership employees. Even with numbers being what they were, if honesty and truth was prevalent from the beginning, everyone would've had a joyful evening More
