I drove (3) hours to this dealership and it was worth every minute. I got there around opening time and the receptionist Kathy welcomed me in. She was really nice and professional. The GM(Ben) had the truck pulled around and set me up for a test drive. He allowed plenty of time for me to fully check the truck out and gave me information like the 90 day/3,000 mile warranty. After the test drive Ben connected me to Matt the sales representative. Matt was extremely helpful and collected the information needed to process the purchase. John in the finance department found me a loan and was very knowledgeable. This dealer ran like a well oiled machine. Through the entire process there was never any pressure, which created a pleasant buying experience. Too top it off at the time I was renting a truck. Matt was nice enough to pick me up from the rental agency and drove me back to the dealership to pickup my new truck. More

Every step of the way from browsing vehicles, test driving, discussing financing options, they truly have your best interest as top prior department! They actually found an issue with the vehicle AFTER signing all the paperwork and completing the sale and made us aware right away and asked to keep the vehicle another day to correct the problem and test to make sure it wouldn’t happen again. I have never gone to a dealer for service in the past, but decided to give them a try with my first oil change and was so happy I did. They truly care about their customers and building relationships rather than “just the sale”, and it shows. Definitely a customer for life! More
