Matt was awesome. We had a great experience buying our car. He initially reached out quickly but very politely when we showed interest in the vehicle. When we went back to purchase a week later he had us out in less than thirty minutes. Phenomenal Experience! I live on Orlando so I called ahead to make sure they still had the vehicle. They offered to hold it for a refundable deposit. There was no hardball salesman talk, just friendly laid back chat. The vehicle looked better in person. Document signing was super easy. No hidden cost in the paperwork. Matt reviewed the carfax with me. Everything was transparent. They offer me a great price for my trade in. I was offered an extended warranty, which I declined, and want pressured into buying it. Matt had the car fueled and cleaned before I drove home. Everyone I encountered was great. I will recommend them above ALL other dealers. Most dealers offer incentives to buyers to give them good reviews, Bournes Auto does not. So the reviews are based on actual customer experience and not an incentivized bias.
