I have cognitive difficulties and I am always adamant about not purchasing the warranty because the warranties hardly covers anything. They snuck in a $2500 warranty anyways because they are THIEVES. More

Emily, We have to completely disagree with your review. We treat our customers how we expect to be treated and today your actions were not in line with how we expect to be treated. To elaborate, your car has mountains of trash in it and our technician was concerned about his health and wellness when entering your car, he did so anyway. He discovered that Meineke had worked on your vehicle and performed cam shaft position sensor. They left bolts loose and overtightened the drive belt, we took pictures and showed you. We recommended that you take the vehicle back to them and have them repair it. At that point you began screaming and swearing at our team. You clenched your fist like you were going to swing at the service advisor. This is not a repair or review that should be directed at us, your frustration should be towards Meineke. In any event the manner in which you handled this situation is completely unacceptable and we will no longer be able to provide you with service. Michael Kelley General Manager

Selling $2500 warranties to disabled customers without informing the customer is totally unacceptable. I want you to know I am hard of hearing which is one of the reasons I talk loud. Go take advantage of someone else
