One of the best experiences that I EVER had buying a car! I went to a couple other car dealerships that were pressuring me into buying a car that I didn't even want. Once I arrived at Bourne's Auto in Easton I knew I was in the right place. From the friendly atmosphere to the outstanding customer services, Bournes was by far the best place to buy my car. I met with Dan Montani a really nice, approachable, knowledgeable, lay back kind of guy who also was a stellar salesman. Dan's no non-senses approach with car buying was such a relief and it made the experience that much easier. I would highly recommend buying a car a Bourne's. Thanks! More
This is the second time I have bought a used car from Bourne's. Each experience has been stress free and enjoyable. Most importantly, I have loved each car: a Saab 9-3 and, more recently, a Volvo XC90. Both David Pair and Shawn Saunders took the time to answer my questions, some times multiple times. They were both friendly and patient. David returned my calls promptly, addressed any concern I had and delivered on everything that he promised. He is also an expert in calmly juggling several clients at one time while still making you feel you are still getting his full attention. Shawn took the time to explain financing and warranty options in terms that I could understand. Truly appreciated. Both David and Shawn instilled me with a confidence that, I feel, enabled me to make the right choice in a "new to me" car. The exceptional customer service, the excellent quality of the car and the no hassle experience were all appreciated, especially as a woman buying a car on her own. It has already prompted me to highly recommend Bourne's to several friends and family members. I know when it is time for another new car, I will be back. More
Great prices, service and friendly employees who use "no hassle" sales techniques. The "no negotiating" sticker price was also a huge time saver and spared me hours on my purchase. This dealership is one of the easiest ones I've ever worked with. I had a vehicle picked out and put my deposit down then later changed my mind. I came back the very next day and picked out another vehicle test drove it several times and decided it was the one i was going to get. The salesman had all of the paperwork lined up and I was in and out of the "paperwork office" within 10 min. The amazing thing to me was that the salesman i was working with sold at least 3 cars to other people, all while he was helping me at the same time with out any inconvenience! I would highly recommend this dealership to someone else. More

There was no pressure, their prices were very competitive (I did not find a better deal anywhere) and questions were answered promptly. Service was A+ too. I would buy every future car from this dealer, and my husband will be buying from here too when it is time. Highly recommend them! More

The prices for the cars were competitive and fair, and the 'no haggle' style made the whole buying experoance even easier. I ended up buying ion the cars I test drove, and when I reurned today to pick it up, it was clean, thoroughly checked out and ready to go (On Time!). This is the 3rd car my family has bought from Bournes, and there is a 4th purchase in the works. The staff who answered the phones were very friendly as well. The website was well designed, easy to use and and was really helpful with the available models and information about each. It just could not have been any easier or more pleasnt. More
I purchased a 2007 Honda Odyssey from Bournes in July of I purchased a 2007 Honda Odyssey from Bournes in July of 2010. On the way home from the lot the vehicle began giving me trouble. I had intermitten I purchased a 2007 Honda Odyssey from Bournes in July of 2010. On the way home from the lot the vehicle began giving me trouble. I had intermittent problems with the transmission when driving between 50 and 60 miles per hour. I had the vehicle in to checked/repaired three times in 8 months for this issue. It was never resolved. Also, before purchasing the car I asked that the front bumper be fixed as it did not sit snug in place. There were two broken eyeholes in bumper that did not allow it to latch into position. These were not permanently fixed, only gummed up with some type of black adhesive. The bumper was "fixed" twice but only to come out of position again and again. Each time this left more and more of the black adhesive showing on the fender and bumper of the car. When I called and complained about this for a third time (11 months after purchasing the car) I was told that it would not be repaired again for free as I had owned the car for almost a year and put on 10,000 miles. I was shocked. To me this sounded as if the dealer does not stand by their own body work. I expected the bumper to be fixed before purchasing the car and not to have to continually bring it to Easton(30 miles from my home)for stop gap measures to appease my wife and I. In addition to this other interior plastic molding would pop out of place and had to be put back in position by the service crew. These fixes never lasted either. In total I believe I had the vehicle in for service 6 times in 11 months and needed to do front brakes and front tires after only putting 10,000 miles on the car. Several other dealers have told me that if tires or brakes are more than 2/3 worn they are replaced as part of the multi-point inspection completed before selling a car. Bourne obviously did not do this. I entertained having this work done at Bournes but when the quote for the brake job was almost 300.00 more than a quote from a local repair shop I decided to be done with Bourne auto center for good. I traded in my Honda for another mini van and am happy to say I never plan to set foot on their lot again! Buyer beware! I did not find that Bourne's takes care of their customers or the problems that they have with the vehicles purchased there, nor do I think they provide quality body work or competitively priced services! More
Great experience buying a car. It was almost as easy as walking in and out of the supermarket. The aggressive pricing eliminated the need to negotiate. They fixed my car after a highway speed crash. Looks brand new. They even detailed the interior of my car! Looked and smelled great.
