My husband and I purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Bournes and we could not be more pleased with the experience. We were there on a busy Sunday afternoon and even though there were many customers ever Bournes and we could not be more pleased with the experience. Mike Kelley in particular helped us with our car choices. He was attentive but not pushy and knowledgeable in every way. Scott made the financing part of the experience truly hassle free. From someone backing into me last summer, my mechanic realized my frame was broken in my old reliable Jeep, and it wasn't safe to drive anymore. I went to Vehix.com and typed in Ford Escape 4wd 4 cylind realized my frame was broken in my old reliable Jeep, and it wasn't safe to drive anymore. I went to Vehix.com and typed in Ford Escape 4wd 4 cylinder and came up with 2 cars in southern MA at Bourne's Auto Center. I live in Central VT and I work in Northern VT. I called the auto dealer named Dan. Dan went out and went over the whole car for me and took it for a drive to see if it was really ok. I told him what I was looking for. He took my old Jeep for a trade-in knowing its poor condition. Dan also contacted my credit union so they could give me a check. Dan went over and beyond what any dealer would do. He knew I couldn't even test drive the car until I made it down there a week later, but he held the car for me anyway when someone else tried to buy it. When I got there he went on a test drive with me because I didn't know the area. For all he did I wanted to take him out to lunch, but he ended up buying me lunch. I like this new breed of used car dealer, smart, personable, helpful, resourceful (young and cute is nice too); which is a far cry from the old bad hair weave, cigarette breath, pushy guy. My husband may need a car replacement in the not so distant future and he already said he liked the way Dan handled the long distance purchace and will give Dan a call when the time comes. More

We had a car fall apart on us (too expensive to fix, etc)and we needed to replace it quickly. We shopped online with KellyBluebook online, AutoTrader.com, Craigslist and even eBay looking for good deals, and visited a view car dealers. We contacted Bourne Auto Center from the web-portal on KellyBlueBook online (I think, or AutoTrader). Matt responded quickly and answered questions about the cars we asked about (still available being the first question to ask). We traded emails and then set-up an appointment to see the car we were interested in. We made one visit on a Tuesday night, tested the car, signed the contract and closed on the car and drove it home on Thursday night two days later. Our experience was pleasant under tight time-constraints. Matt was courteous and helpful as well as no-pressure. That approach worked well for us. We didn't need some one to sell us a car - we needed someone to help us find a car that met our needs and price-limit. Good experience. More

My experience was good i new the car I wanted and how much I wanted to spend. Salesman didn't try to sway me either way showed us the car filled out the paperwork and done . I found Dave to be very professional and interested in the type of car I was looking for. Also, Dave showed a great deal of patience. I test drove several cars and the same degree of professionalism was the type of car I was looking for. Also, Dave showed a great deal of patience. I test drove several cars and the same degree of professionalism was shown each time I said this is not the one; Dave would go to pick-up another key for another vehicle and place the tag on it. I find a customer service representative to above and beyond when he/she go to the length of going to another location to pick-up a vehicle for test drive without being sure if this vehicle will be purchased. I have already given Dave high recomendation to a friend who is looking to purchase a car late Spring. Cudos to Dave Pair. I went in to test drive four vehicles at Bournes and sale rep that I worked with was Matt. He assisted me in obtaining four vehicles for me to test drive. I waited for a couple of minutes and he had the f rep that I worked with was Matt. He assisted me in obtaining four vehicles for me to test drive. I waited for a couple of minutes and he had the first car ready for test drive. He informed me of the area and suggested for me to drive through an industrial drive where it was quiet to get a feel for the vehicle and also the neighboring highway. I went into Bounes with a preapproved loan from a credit union and Shawn (in Finance) was able to get a lower rate loan. Everything was done at the Bournes, from getting better rates, adding insurance coverage and putting plates on my new car. I was able to drive my new/used car home the day I went in for a test Drive. Execellent Service I Highly recommend it More
