This being the first time I have ever purchased a vehicle alone, the gentleman that assisted me, Dan, was absolutely incredible. I had seen the dealerships website via Autotrader and had taken a drive up to see what they had in person. When I walked into the office, Dan approached me and helped make the entire process stress-free. During some of the paperwork, my eight year old daughter commented on the mouse he was using, it was the shape of a car. He explained it was from the auction they get some of their cars from. I told her we'll have to look into. Just before I was ready to drive off in my newly purchased Explorer, he told us he had one more thing for us. He had found a mouse that matched the color of the truck and said it was a gift to her. I was in absolute shock that he had gone far & beyond any expectation one can have of a car salesman. I was referred to Bourne by a friend - and was not disappointed! Not only did I get the car I wanted, great loan at a great rate, I dealt with the nicest people! On the customer service front, David was great - kept me up to date daily (sometimes more than once a day) on how the work was coming and so on.
