It was a very busy Saturday and everyone was running around like chickens with their heads cut off, however, everyone had a smile on their faces and all worked together to wait on all the customers. I was VERY pleased to be able to leave that day with my newly purchased Hyundai Accent. More
My rating for Bourne's could have been much higher. Two weeks have passed so I am trying to be objective. CONS-Had to "Hunt Them Down" in order to get the "Real" Electronic Key for my Honda. Made Qty=3 Phone Calls to no avail / satisfaction. Finally had to physically go down there and get their attention. Jake was okay but the Service Manager (Forget His Name) needs some help with his customer service skills. I left the Service Mgr. Qty=2 VM's regarding my key and he NEVER returned my calls!! PROS-Andrew Gesner (Finance Manager) is a true professional. Top Notch! So far I am very satisfied with my Vehicle. More
I had a very positive experience at Bourne Auto! I saw the car listed online and called to inquire if it was still available as so many cars online are not. My wife and I went to Bourne's after finding a Honda Pilot online for a fair price through Autotrader.com. I was referred to David Pair by a friend who has done business with Bourne's Auto Center in th Pilot online for a fair price through Autotrader.com. I was referred to David Pair by a friend who has done business with Bourne's Auto Center in the past. David was very helpful and let us take a couple vehicles for a test drive on our own. We left a deposit that day for the vehicle we wanted, and continued to search other dealers for a similar or better deal. They had the best price for the car we wanted. We scheduled a time to bring in my trade a couple of days later. I would have liked to get a little more money for my trade in but I think Bourne's was fair and gave me the best market value based on what they would be able to sell it for at auction. Once we came to an agreement on the trade value we sat down with Andy in finance. Andy was able to lay out a few different finance options for us and we chose the best option for our budget. Overall, it was a very good experience. Low pressure selling and fair prices. I have already recommended a coworker to go and see David. He is going this weekend! More

This was my 5th car ( 2 Volvo S80s, 2 Saab 9 5, and 1 Mercedes c300) purchased at Bourne's. I love the no hassle pricing and always get great value for the price paid. Dan's easy-going and no-pressure attitude was a nice change. Also, being able to take the car out on a test-drive without the salesperson is infinitely better. The only small negative would be the no-negotiation on price. However, since they are listed as "no haggle" on their website, they were firm but still nice about it. Overall, a very good experience with Bourne's Auto. We're loving our Jeep Liberty so far....hopefully there will be no bad review to follow ;) More
There was absolutely no pressure at Bourne and my salesrep Matt was very helpful and understood that my purchase was not an easy one for me. Since he was so accommodating, I was able to make a decision that I am very happy with. I had to go back because I didn't understand how to set the time on the clock and he was very patient and read the book and was able to fgure it out for me. I did all my financing through Bourne as well and they took over my last loan paymemt on my car and obtained the title themselves. They also were able to match my low interest rate and had all the paperowrk done timely. Everything was explained to me in laymens terms which is a tribute to how customer service orientated they are. I would recommend Bourne's Auto Sales to anyone looking for a pre-owned vehicle without the pressure that many dealerships give you when you walk in. Matt made my whole expereice a welcome one and I am confident that whenthe time comes for me to want another vehicle, I will go back to Bournes. I will also let my friends and family know anout Bournes also. Right now, we are currently looking at their inventory on-line for my husband! A very nice expereince with a welcoming staff and a friendly environment! More
I had a very odd experience with Bourne's, bordering on bizarre really. I think it can most aptly be summed up as indifference. Indifference in returning my calls, to answering my questions, to providin on bizarre really. I think it can most aptly be summed up as indifference. Indifference in returning my calls, to answering my questions, to providing the type of service I'm expecting from a dealership who wants to establish a long term relationship with me. That said, my answer of 'Yes' to the Would You Recommend This Dealership question on the Dealership Rating is barely that; in fact were one of the answer choices Not Really, I'd have chosen that one. Anyway my gripes with Bournes centers mainly around ensuring all the accessories were included + providing a thoughtful walkthrough the vehicle. Let me be more specific: 1. The car didn't have matts and alternates were available for me. 2. Since they bought the car from down south and brought it up here there was/is no mounting bracket for the front license plate. Now I'm driving a car without its front plate in Mass 3. The car didn't have its owner's manual 4. I'm learning so many things about the car (I've had it for two months) that would have been nice to learn from the salesman had he taken the time to give a thorough overview of its features. Eg, I didn't know that free BMW Assist is still a complementary service given that the car is less than 4 yrs old. I found out only after I locked my keys in the car and had to call them. But before I could, I needed to send them proof that I owned it. It would have been really nice to know this feature existed and that the dealer had taken care of putting it in my name. There are other lesser gripes I have but I'll let those go for now. And yes, I concede that I should have demanded those things before buying, but a word to the wise dealership out there: proactively take care of the customer, thoughtfully and thoroughly review everything with them. Because if you don't, with the emergence of social (and dealerrater, et al), reputation is an easy thing to challenge. Anyway, in the end, I feel as if I was a simple, single transaction and that the dealership wanted a short-sighted sale and indifferent to a longer-term relationship with me. JohnB 2009 BMW M3 PS, to rectify this: 1. proactively call me 2. schedule a service, provide me M3 matts, owners manual and install my front license plate 3. since I've figured out most features already, i'll not really need a feature walk-though, but any interesting facts about the car would be welcomed More
