This review is certainly discouraging to our entire organization. When we were notified of this review we immediately took action as we were skeptical of the validity of your "mechanics" findings. Our ASE master technician reinspected the findings and dismissed the "mechanic's" assertion that the vehicle needed a head gasket or was leaking oil (this was on Saturday). All on the same day(Monday) we had another customer interested in the vehicle and explained everything that had occurred over the weekend. It was recommended that we have an Audi dealer inspect the vehicle. Audi did a full hour inspection on the vehicle and did not find any oil leaks. I have the copy of this repair order in my office for any consumer to review at anytime. The vehicle was inspected by Audi and delivered on that Tuesday to another happy customer. It also should be noted that we refunded your deposit immediately on the spot when you stated you were uninterested in the vehicle. It is important to point out that we allow our customers to have independent mechanics inspect any vehicle we sell and we will put any vehicle on our lift for anyone to inspect. We are fully transparent and there is absolutely no benefit for us to sell a vehicle with a pre-existing known problem, it is simply bad business. I would like to offer my apologies that this vehicle did not work out for you and you spent some of your valuable time determining that. It is discouraging that you would tell people not to buy from a business when in fact you did not purchase from us, therefore unable to understand the full scope of how we service our customers. Lastly, the main reason your didn't purchase was a result of inaccurate information provided to you from a third party. Best of luck in your pre-owned vehicle search. Michael Kelley General Manager
