I went to Bourne's to look at a particular pickup truck I saw advertised. When I saw the truck in person it was just as shown in the ad. I was quickly taken care of and given a key to test ride. Buying a car is generally a "painful" experience. Pushy annoying salespersons, closers trying to force a warranty down your throat you don't want etc.Brian was a cheerful, helpful sales r experience. Pricing on the car I bought was very fair as was my trade.Finance guy Carlos Machado was also very helpful. Showed me all the warranty options I had but was never pushy. I can't tell you over the years how many times I walked out of dealerships due to sales "weasels" All in all, very satisfied and would recommend. More
