Worst car buying experience ever. We bought a CX5 from Mazda Bountiful. We agreed to pay $19,000 for the car the price got switched to the internet price of $20,000 which we did not a We bought a CX5 from Mazda Bountiful. We agreed to pay $19,000 for the car the price got switched to the internet price of $20,000 which we did not agree to. When we went to complain about the switch they offered us a cover for the back. I asked about the tires when I bought the car. I was told there was 50 percent tread life on the the tires. A week later I got a flat tire. I took the car to Discount Tire. They told me two tires would not pass inspection. I took the car back. The dealership did replace two tires. The salesman pitched in $100 of his own money for the tires. I was told it would be $200 plus tax for the rest. When I went out to pay I was told it was $236 plus tax. I was also told by the salesman that Utah State law dose not require a front license plate. Utah State law does require a front license plate on all cars. I would watch everything this dealership does. More

A special shout out to Scotty Medine as well for always taking care of our accessory needs. My only real concern shopping at Bountiful Mazda is that it would be nice to see a breakdown of the numbers prior to signing paperwork. It's fine if you have a certain payment amount in mind, but I really appreciate Titled, out the door numbers, and actual costs before I agree to anything. Pretty much every dealer does this and I'm sure if pressed they would break things down. Overall, great experience with them though. They are my go to dealer and I steer friends and family their way when some I know is looking for a new vehicle. More
