Bountiful has an ONLINE Mazda-selling ROCKSTAR I was an online buyer who had done my research and knew exactly what I wanted. This car was less common (6M) with specific trim and color. I gave multiple intermountain west online departments an even start. Low probability anybody had it, so I was basically asking online Mazda reps within 300 miles of me to research broader regional inventories (basically the entire west-of-the-Mississippi Mazda network) to find the right car for a transfer from another dealer. That research job alone was more than most reps wanted; they balked and just wanted me to come to their lot to look at their existing inventory of automatics. Only two of those contacted actually looked at regional transfer possibilities. Dianne Burnham at Bountiful Mazda was one of these and she was the quicker of the two. Dianne was also more forthcoming with full car spec sheets and quoting better starting numbers (note: I never even had to ask for spec sheets, she just sent them!) . So, Dianne Burnham jumped out in front of this search from the beginning. I then realized I didn't want to pay 500ish dollars to transport the car from another dealer and also, frankly, that I didn't want a 6M that had potentially been poorly test driven. Therefore, I raised the bar to requesting a port-of-entry diversion of a true zero-miler (this means finding it in the pipeline and arranging a transfer from the books of the originally destined dealer before it ever physically left the port by truck or rail). This higher hurdle was added with the time deadline still in place. The other potential dealer (who had done some inquiry, but not been as quick as Dianne) fell out of the race at this point. Meanwhile, Dianne Burnham of Bountiful Mazda only started working faster! Detailed data kept coming. Dianne found the precise car newly arrived stateside (Port of Tacoma). She sweet talked the dealer in Illinois (to whom that car was scheduled to go) into releasing it; that was a multi-day persuasion as the dealer in IL felt they had a buyer... But, she got it! (whew!) Then she started pulling strings to expedite it out of port quickly and into her dealership. She was always determined to meet the time deadline to enable me to enjoy some month-specific and holiday-specific incentives. Briefly reviewing Dianne's above-and-beyond effort: 1. Quickly search transfer options and be very forthcoming with data and have good starting numbers. 2. Work even harder as the challenge increased to diversion. 3. Find the perfect car. 4. Negotiate the car release from a reluctant midwest dealer. 5. Expedite it out of port. All to get me exactly what I wanted, exactly when I wanted. "Zoom zoom" is apparently more than just Mazda's motto, it is obviously also Dianne Burnham's work motto as well. I can not recall another purchasing experience in the last couple decades (for appliances, electronics, whatever) in which I have encountered anyone who went to work for me the way Dianne did. My message is simple: if you've done your research and you are ready to find a very specific Mazda, then call Dianne Burnham of Bountiful Mazda; if you are serious and you need an equally serious Mazda rep who has the skills to manage moves within Mazda's internal network, then call Dianne Burnham at Bountiful Mazda. In this case, most shied away from the challenge. Dianne Burnham, however, powered through with a work ethic that is nearly unheard-of in modern times. Basically, Dianne Burnham is a freaking rockstar. More

We arranged a meeting and she went above and beyond expectations in finding cars that would work within our price range. She was incredibly professional and wanted us to have a positive experience. We ended up not buying a car from her only because another shop had what we were looking for. I would highly recommend Dianne to anyone looking for a Mazda at a great price. More

Gus Johnson did a great job of taking me on the test drive and was fair and straightforward with the negotiations. The price was good and the terms were agreeable, which made for a stress free experience. When it came to finance, Rodney Walker clearly explained everything and made the paperwork signing quick and easy. Altogether this was a great experience, I highly recommend Bountiful Mazda, and would especially like to recommend Gus and Rodney. More

He walked me through the lot and asked questions to determine what I was looking for and what I felt comfortable spending. I really enjoyed driving the Mazda 6 and Jason got me a deal on their last 2016 model with upgraded features for no extra cost. I was almost ready to buy and what made the decision for me was their willingness to work with me. Another employee, Josh, made me a good offer on my truck as part of the deal. I ended up buying the car that day. I felt like the guys at Bountiful Mazda really know their stuff and will take care of you. More
