Unprofessional and Poor Customer Service My wife and I had found a vehicle at Boulder Nissan that we were extremely interested in. I made an appointment for my wife to look at vehicle with t My wife and I had found a vehicle at Boulder Nissan that we were extremely interested in. I made an appointment for my wife to look at vehicle with the intention of purchasing it on Wednesday at 10:15am. My wife drove up the dealership and was told the vehicle is not available to look and would not be until the next day. We spoke with Boulder Nissan about the inconvenience of traveling to the dealership to be at her appointment that was set and confirmed but would put that aside because we were still interested in purchasing the vehicle. We advised them that because of prior commitments (ie. work and kids events) that would not be able to get back up there until Saturday at 1. So we set another appointment to go back to Boulder Nissan. As we were getting loaded up to leave for our appointment on Saturday they called and said they sold the vehicle that we made every effort to look at and purchase 3 days prior. The incompetency and lack of customer service from Boulder Nissan absolutely baffles me. We could not have had a more negative experience with them. I would recommend any potential buyers to think twice about doing business with Boulder Nissan. More
Quality and integrity! I've been bringing my car to Boulder Nissan for service for close to ten years and have only good things to say about their quality and integrity. The service advisors are knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I've been working with Kristie for all the years I've been going there and she is just great. I had an older Pathfinder that made it to 190,000 miles (before it was totaled in a hail storm) without any major mechanical problems; which I credit to the quality of Boulder Nissan's regular maintenance. I feel like I have always been treated fairly and that I haven't been sold anything I didn't need. When I've needed to get my vehicle in quickly, they've always fit me in and taken care of the problem as quickly as possible - even when they've needed to order parts. When I have an appointment, the service is always done in a very reasonable amount of time. I recently purchased a 2014 Murano at a dealership in Denver. Although I love the car, I learned my lesson about where not to purchase a vehicle! I brought the Murano to Boulder Nissan for a factory recall on the power steering system. When I scheduled the appointment, they made sure they had the parts on hand before I brought the car in and the work was done quickly. The Murano was still under a 30-day warranty from the dealership I purchased it from, and I asked Boulder Nissan to inspect it for any issues. They found two that were significant safety concerns - one of which was the brakes/rotors. They provided me with the documentation I needed to go back to the dealership to get the problems fixed. Then, after the dealership installed new brakes and rotors I could smell them and was concerned that they weren't installed properly. I brought the car back to Boulder Nissan to have them checked. Kristie fit me in on a busy Saturday to make sure I was safe. They checked the brakes and said that there wasn't anything wrong with them and that the smell was coming from a coating on the rotors that should have been removed prior to installation but that wouldn't affect the performance or the longevity of the braking system. That's integrity. Boulder Nissan in general and Kristie in particular definitely have my loyalty! I live in Denver but will continue to bring my car there because I trust them and because they are very easy to work with. I highly, highly recommend this business! More

Conscious Auto Sales. We were looking for a Leaf, couldn't find anything in New Mexico, dealers were no help at all. Found 2-3 possibilities online at Boulder Nissan and c We were looking for a Leaf, couldn't find anything in New Mexico, dealers were no help at all. Found 2-3 possibilities online at Boulder Nissan and contacted them by phone. From the beginning the sales people were knowledgeable, pleasant to deal with and very willing to answer questions. Decided to go ahead with purchase over the phone. At the last minute we opted not to have the car shipped and went to Boulder to pick up and trailer back. Very glad we did. Probably the best dealer experience we have ever had. Everyone we met was bright and pleasant to deal with but more than anything they knew the product thoroughly and could answer any question and give straight forward, honest advice. Their commitment to alternative energy and electric vehicles is inspiring. Not your typical car dealership! More

The sales person was great, not pushy but willing to offer input when asked. When we go to the sale I gave them the comps on the other vehicles we were looking at. They reviewed them and was able to point out how their car was not only cleaner but also didn't have any outstanding recalls and had new tires and few other items that put it above the others. I appreciated their straightforwardness on this. The last dealer we purchased a car from took 4 1/2 hours to do the paperwork. Boulder Nissan got us out the door in just over 1 hour 😀 More
