Service Advisor was fantastic and very helpful. However, the work, oil change and tire rotation was not completed, specifically the tire rotation, that was paid for. Had my vehicle serviced before a road trip. During the service they changed my oils, but a few hundred miles into my trip the check engine light came on because my vehicle didn’t have enough adblue in it. service they changed my oils, but a few hundred miles into my trip the check engine light came on because my vehicle didn’t have enough adblue in it. Appreciate the service I am quite satisfied with Boucher VW in all my interactions with all the employees. I purchased my 2015 Passat SE TDI there new and have returned for I am quite satisfied with Boucher VW in all my interactions with all the employees. I purchased my 2015 Passat SE TDI there new and have returned for all my service despite living within walking distance of another major VW dealer.
