I’d rate negative if allowable. This guy is a manager and has absolutely zero people skills. His dealerships service department damaged my vehicle through their own negligence and never an apology given. Act has absolutely zero people skills. I enjoy the customer service at this service center. I was incredibly disappointed in the lack of proper mask wearing in the service and sales departments. Many employees wearing incorrect face coverings was incredibly disappointed in the lack of proper mask wearing in the service and sales departments.
