The Service Center at Boucher VW in Franklin is top-notch. From beginning to end they were very helpful, told me likely costs, ETA when my car would be ready, etc. Best service center in the biz! The staff is always friendly and it's nice to be able to drop my car off and come get it after work. My only issue was that I was charged for a battery replacement in my key fob even though I did not ask fo drop my car off and come get it after work.
