Before I left this review I called them and drove 2 hrs to see if they can fix things but they were like surprise!!! We tricked you. Irresponsible people who care only about the money not the quality of service rendered. I had this annoying noise coming from the car, the CD/Aux is not working the hood can’t stand. When I asked them is anything wrong with the car, they said No lie. Their Sales Specialist Dan Salsieder was the sweetest person he tried to help thou. I won’t recommend anyone buying a used car from them. Rather go to Russ Darrow I bought a Used Car from Russ Darrow years ago till now I never had any problem with the car. They even gave me three times free Oil change which I used for a year. Russ Darrow is the perfect place to buy a used car. Because they stand by their words when they said they service their used car before selling it. More
many problems with certified vehicle.After having my vehicle for 4 days, and telling them i found what looks to be a piece of a broken spring in my garage. I was told it was a piece of my license plate vehicle for 4 days, and telling them i found what looks to be a piece of a broken spring in my garage. I was told it was a piece of my license plate bulb cover, which they kept.When the vehicle was home I checked underneath and the rear spring was snapped. Another problem when I purchased the certified and the tires were (fine) After checking the tires,and finding two plugs in one tire.I was told the tires were fine. I took the vehicle to another dealer and was told the tires are dry rotted and need to be replaced. Many of problems with vehicle,heated seats,new engine,a/c leak and other problems after one year of a certified vehicle.vise president said lets put you in a different vehicle, offered 7,000 less than I owe! I hate buying cars, but the experience I had wasn't painfull. The sales person was helpfull without being pushy, answered all my questions, and made the experience as easy as possible. I was a returning customer, but it seemed my business was taken for granted. I asked my sales person for the best possible out the door price on a Nissan Sentra SV. Though about it for a week, decided that taken for granted. I asked my sales person for the best possible out the door price on a Nissan Sentra SV. Though about it for a week, decided that was the car I wanted, and offerred $607.11 less. Well they dropped the price 40 bucks, and said that was only because they had the car in stock and thought they didn't. Well the car was their ad leader for over 2 weeks, I saw it on their lot for two Sundays in a row. Now I could be wrong on that, but the bottom line was they were not willing to negotiate at all. It smelled funny to me so I called Rosen, and it took me 20 minutes on the phone with a sales person that I never met, to get my price, $607.11 lower than Boucher - and Rosen did not know I was also talking to Boucher when I reached a much more favorable price. Of course when I told Boucher this they dropped their price $707.11 lower to beat Rosen in five minutes, where as a day before they could do no better. So I trusted them to give me the best price being a returning customer, but I greatly dissapointed of course. I think Boucher just got a little too greedy, if they would have dropped their price and met me halfway the first time, I never would have called Rosen. Everyone would have been happy. I would have expected this if I was a first time customer, but not as a returning customer. Proves you always have to shop around. Everything up to the price negotiaing was great. My sales person was from Boucher Hyudai, so not sure if it was the manager at Nissan or her who maybe thought I would take their price without checking. She was great last time I bought a car from her and was great this time until the final call from her. I asked my salesperson to call me, she did ....and the first thing she said was "What's up" and not in a friendly kind of way. They still could have recovered my business at that point, but not after that. I am still going to say I reccommend this dealer, because up to the price negotiating, all was great. Somehow it all fell apart quicky after they refused to counter offer. More
