I had a repair that came up suddenly and Kerwin Ruiz got me in for the repair the same day I dropped the car off. Not only did he get the drivetrain issue repaired, but he also changed my oil, and addressed me in for the repair the same day I dropped the car off. Not only did he get the drivetrain issue repaired, but he also changed my oil, and addressed the recall that was on the vehicle. I was back on the road the same day. Purchased new car and had immediate issues. Contacted service and was not made a priority. Had to argue for a loaner, then got an electric vehicle with limited charging capabilities. Took longer than desired to get issues resolved and had to work way too hard and make too many trips due to less-than-stellar service. Left text messages for Customer Support Manager (no response) and voicemail for Sales Manager (no response) and all communication was funneled through Devin who was fine but had to keep asking for others to assist. Finally got situation resolved and was given gas gift cards, but not a good first experience or support of a brand new car that had issues that stopped it from working after 3 days and took too long to solve. Very frustrating and not a strong focus on taking care of a new customer and new car that didn’t work and was told it was more based on Hyundai and their hands were tied. More
Our sales person ended up being very rude to us. The sale went through, and the sales person gave no other support to us. Barely spoke to us, didn't ask if we need anything. I saw other salesperson providing their customers support on going over the car functionality, gave them a hat, and asked what else they need. Our sales person seemed mad at us and basically only interacted if we had a question. The sales process is also so demoralizing. More

Service Manager is unprofessional. He sent the only Shuttle driver to get lunch for staff (a load of hamburgers) while I waited 1 and 1/4 hours for a ride from my home back to the deal He sent the only Shuttle driver to get lunch for staff (a load of hamburgers) while I waited 1 and 1/4 hours for a ride from my home back to the dealership to pick up my Kona. When I asked him why he did that, he said only "a lack of communication." If he wants to supply lunch to staff, then he should go pick it up himself instead of using the only shuttle available while a Customer waits. Devin Timm had said I'd be picked up in 20 minutes. He also said issue was "poor communication." Neither said, "I'm so sorry! Let us make it up to you!" There was more of a defensiveness and reluctant remorse. Furthermore, the Service Department had my Kona a full day and failed to fix it due to an error with diagnosing the problem. I've now had the Kona at this dealership 3 times with same issue, not fixed. A 2021 with less than 10,0o0 miles, and they can't repair it properly. Ridiculous! No loaner vehicles available. Why not? I have never experienced such poor Customer Service at any other dealership in the last 20 years. More
