Absolutely terrible experience with the Boucher Hyundai Collision Center. Everything that could have went wrong, did. Work wound up costing 25% more than estimate, okay things happen, paid. Get the car home only to find out that a large portion of work needed wasn't included in that cost??? Called and the gentlemen blames me, because the car was covered in dust and salt! Are you serious? Complete lack of accountability, professionalism and customer service. Kept my car for over a week, with no offer of a loaner or any update on when it would be returned. Now they want more money to fix an issue that they missed on the last two estimates???? I love Hyundai vehicles and this is our local dealership but I will not be giving this branch any further business. This needs to be made right. More
