Following through on a commitment I had brought my 2009 Genesis in for work in a previous visit, and was unhappy with a particular problem that arose from some work that had been done. The repair was successfully completed and I was give. the promised discount. Average It took 3 phone calls to schedule this appointment and then couldn't get in within a week.
