Easy process to buy and great service department also I got my Tucson from Boucher Hyundai in March and Dan and Nick made the process probably the easiest I’ve ever had in car shopping. When I came In today for the detailing I was supposed to get a floor matt, instead the car still had dirt on the radio and steering wheel and no floor matt. When I went to find out where the floor matt was the sales person helping me was told to get out of Jim Tessmers office. More

Typical Oil change took pretty long. No food ever in the afternoon in the snack area. Just popcorn. Not a very comfortable lounge. They wash the car but never Oil change took pretty long.
