Inconvenience I had a problem with the antenna in the rear window of my car. I brought it in to have it repaired. My car was there for over 8 hours and it was not r I had a problem with the antenna in the rear window of my car. I brought it in to have it repaired. My car was there for over 8 hours and it was not repaired. It was discovered at the end of the day the rear windshield needed to be replaced. I had to make another appointment and bring my car in again to have this done. I was given a loaner both times which I appreciated. I did not appreciate having to bring my vehicle in 3 times before it was finally fixed. The first time I brought it in for an oil change and told them of the problem. I sat in your waiting room for over 2 hours before someone came out and told me they finally diagnosed the problem and had to order a part. I was told the part would be in the next day. A week later, I had not heard from anyone letting me know the part was in, so I called your service department. Not the best customer service if you ask me. More
