I wrote this to Boucher recently [1-3-12] to which the sales manager, Dale Thiessen responded saying: "This is the most childish conversation I have had in the long time, please enjoy your car." Apparently Boucher has plenty of customers such that they can insult others, such as myself who left and bought someplace else. Surveys conclude unhappy customers affect or tell 15-20 customers; I hope to virally affect many, many more with the truth of the matters. I have nothing to gain but feel strongly that customers are not livestock to be milked for money or treated like cattle. 1-3-12 Ms. Delaney & Beck: Further to our e-mail exchanges & discussions on buying a Hyundai, and the disintegration of the customer relationship, I recently bought a new car somewhere else other than Boucher. As part of the purchase was a credit evaluation from TransUnion – while not a FICO score, it is representative of my creditworthiness. It stated my score to be 867 out of a max of 893 and further stated: “your credit score ranks higher than 100% of the U.S. consumers.” The factory [Ford] finance officer said; “I’ve never seen that comment before in the 16 years of doing financing and being a finance officer.” Seems to me I would have been and I am just the kind of customer Boucher would have wanted, perfect credit, conservative driver, clean record and interested in the Veloster and Elantra, but for neglect and indifference on responding to my inquiries. As noted, other companies sell cars in your area, some just down the block. Boucher seems to have done its best to drive me away – no pun intended, with institutional indifference and sophism. My major worries and concerns came when I started dealing with the business manager and the final paperwork. As with any dealership, they will try to get you to add on more warranties and coverage on your vehicle. However,I didn't like their approach and it made me feel very uncomfortable. I don't like the feeling that someone is trying to take advantage of me or tricking me into something. I felt very pressured! I also had an issue with the length of time it took to find the various offers from lenders. Two days? After contacting my personal bank, I found out that it takes maybe 30 mins to check all of the banks the dealer works with. The financing part was not handled the best way possible. At that point I felt uneasy about getting my car from there and made me question if I was even dealing with an honest dealer. (Up until the finance part, I felt very comfortable there.) I felt obligated to answer my Hyundai survey with only 10's. Even if I didn't like the experience with the finance person. I have to say, I hope my next car buying experience goes a little smoother. Now I know what to expect to encounter and be prepared for it. Despite my issues with the finance person, I like the dealership overall. It was a nice atmosphere and I felt more at ease than a different dealer I had just been to. If you do go to this dealer, I would recommend working with Fawn through internet sales. She's nice, personable and knowledgeable. Fawn made me feel very comfortable. More

Having to replace a car after an accident is stressful at best. I really appreciate how Mike and the Boucher Hyundai team made the process smooth and easy -- and I actually purchased the actual car I had hoped to find. Love the car! Another thing I really appreciate is that the dealership doesn't put any stupid stickers on the car. The dealership license plate holder is fine and less tacky. I've already recommended Mike Rapport and the Boucher dealership to friends who have been considering buying a new car in the future. I'm a big fan of Hyundai--and now also of Mike Rapport and Boucher. More
My car search was 3 weeks in the making, looking for vehicles at other dealers (to be honest a Hyundai wasn't initially my first choice). While shopping around I was confronted with every kind of sales approach you could imagine. 1970's style confrontational sales in pin-stripe suits; young hip on the front end, old school negotiation and finance in the back; or sleaze level bait and switch tactics, pushing whatever is in inventory. You name it. ...that is until I went to Boucher. My sales consultant Fawn actually listened and was able to find exactly what I was looking for within the budget I had established. At no point was there a sales push. In fact it was quite the opposite. There was a palpable sense that I was in control of my own destiny! Imagine that. They also offered to bring a vehicle to my workplace or home for a test drive (nice sales approach!) Now let's face it, purchasing a car can be a frustrating process, and you have to tolerate the attempt to sell extended warranties and additional services at each step of the process. However, the process at Boucher was smooth and straight forward. I had my own financing however they were able to find a more aggressive rate. Highly recommended! Ask for Fawn! More

Pamela Gorlen( Sales consultant) is very friendly and patient enough to work with us and to answer all the questions. The entire experience is good. But my experience with Finance department is not go patient enough to work with us and to answer all the questions. The entire experience is good. But my experience with Finance department is not good. I have very good credit score and i know i can get 0% APR. But as there is a deal for 1.99% APR from the dealer, I thought I will definitely get that. But I was offered 4.6% APR initially and when i questioned why didn't I get 1.99% then he tried to get me 2.99%. He told me that I can't get 1.9% APR on my one Credit score, I have to combine with my wife's credit score. Come on, it is not a house loan, just a small auto loan. Also he is not patient enough to explain things. He tried to sell me dealers maintenance packages even though I am not interested in any of the packages. I think if we are not knowledge enough and strong enough, there is possibility that you might end up with high APR. Overall, I recommend this dealership, but finance somewhere on your own. More
I was very satisifed with the way I was treated. No pressure sales at all just simple questions and answers given and I was on my way to a new auto. I contacted the internet sales department, and they got back to me right away with the information I was looking for. They were not hounding me and did not pressure me in any way. I liked that they had NUMEROUS pictures of the car on their website. From the beginning of my search through the end of the sale, Ryan and Laura made a huge purchase enjoyable. They were top notch. I would HIGHLY recommend either Ryan or Laura in the future!!! More
