Issue with the transmission that is requiring it to be replaced under warranty. Have been waiting a month for it to be replaced. Parts are in. I have to call the service representative for any updates. No replaced under warranty. Have been waiting a month for it to be replaced. Parts are in. I have to call the service representative for any updates. No communication from service even though I was told I would be updated. Extremely concerned other mechanical issues will develop due to the lack of communication from Boucher. Very disappointed since car was purchased from Boucher. Need this to be resolved asap. More

The only thing that they should ask is, do you want your paperwork printed out or do you want it on a computer stick? I would prefer my paper to have been printed out.
