I also am grateful that while the services took 4 hours, Tyler (the tech) updated me once during and then talked to me after the work...he explained the issues as well as wanted to make sure the noise problem was addressed/fixed before I left. He indicated he drove the vehicle 4 times to make sure. Joe also updated me and his friendly personality made me feel better. Adam was great at checkout in that he assisted me in the use of coupons since this was a costly service. More

Great Service! Once again I had a great service experience at Boucher Hyundai in Janesville. During a routine oil/filer change on Friday, I was alerted that I neede Once again I had a great service experience at Boucher Hyundai in Janesville. During a routine oil/filer change on Friday, I was alerted that I needed two new tires. The tires on the car were almost bald. Adam scheduled me for a Monday appointment when they had new tires ready to go on my Santa Fe. The best part was Adam checked to see if my old tires had any warranty left. Bottom line, I got the two new tires for half price. Very grateful for that. It's always a pleasure working with Adam Santas and Joe Valdez. They are professional, friendly, and a great to work with.
