We have Been Driving the Elantra for more than a week now Great car , Friendly and knowledgeable sales person . the Elantra I Find easy enough for myself to replace most easiest parts that most people should Great car , Friendly and knowledgeable sales person . the Elantra I Find easy enough for myself to replace most easiest parts that most people should be able to replace themselves , Headlight Bulbs easy. To replace , tail light Bulbs very accessible. Engine oil drain plug easy to find , along with oil Filter easy to locate , serpentine Belt easy to remove , alternator easy remove , and Installation. And Most Importantly Battery is well Located for Just. About anyone can Remove and replace and easy to get to for Jump Starting . Mechanically I Tried my Best to pick on anything Bad . about this Car But overall Rides very Nicely on the Road in Town and On the Highway for a smaller car Handles and Rides Great!! More

Very unprofessional. We love our car. Promised a $350 gas card as a gift for buying vehicle, NEVER GOT IT. Paul was great but when It came down to purchasing the car, things got very uncomfortable and the sa card as a gift for buying vehicle, NEVER GOT IT. Paul was great but when It came down to purchasing the car, things got very uncomfortable and the sales manager made us feel like crap. He talked to Paul very rudely in front of us. We didn’t get one “thank you” for handing over 16,000 cash! We just were not happy with how the sales part went down. You can’t tell people they are getting a “gift” (tools, coach purse, $350 gas card...) and never give it to them!! But we left so upset and we didn’t even know how to bring it up.
