Gary seemed annoyed that he had to help me. I got the impression I interrupted something more important that he was doing. I came in for my regular maintenance oil change and tire rotation and was told that it would be free. Imagine my surprise when I was told (after the work was finished) that because of the mileage on my vehi rotation and was told that it would be free. Imagine my surprise when I was told (after the work was finished) that because of the mileage on my vehicle, I would in fact have to pay for my services. I was told that I was “getting a great deal”, and only having to pay about half... (not a deal when I was expecting “free”!). I have had my brand new Cadillac since May 2018. I am told I need new tires ON A VEHICLE THAT IS LESS THAN TWO YEARS OLD!!! Never had to put new tires on any of my previous Ford vehicles within the first two years...EVER! Cadillac is sure NOT the “brand” I expected when purchasing this vehicle. I’m sure this will be the last Cadillac I ever buy. Disappointed customer here. More
