I had an issue regarding all 4 tires on a brand new vehicle purchased 6 months ago. Between the tire manufacturer and the service team, the cause was undetermined. Tim (Service) and Jim (Car Sales Mana vehicle purchased 6 months ago. Between the tire manufacturer and the service team, the cause was undetermined. Tim (Service) and Jim (Car Sales Manager) were able to determine a resolution. The resolution was phenomenal. They were able to not replace the tires, but upgrade them as well. Thank you!!!!! More

He could have easily said yes, you need new brakes. Instead, he was honest and said I was nowhere near needing brakes. That’s the kind of integrity I respect and that keeps customers coming back.
