Very poor service over priced dealership.Tim Palmstein was particularly rude when I complained about how many problems I had encountered with my Escalade.Gary Hug told me he had no loner to offer me, of c was particularly rude when I complained about how many problems I had encountered with my Escalade.Gary Hug told me he had no loner to offer me, of course when your buying an Escalade from Boucher they tell you you will get VIP treatment . What a joke !My solution was easy went to a nearby dealership and bought a brand new SUV. I will never deal with Boucher Cadillac or any other dealership with the Boucher name again. More

A seventy dollar charge for programming a key fob is too expensive in my opinion. I ended up having to wait longer than the 30 minutes to get the key fob programmed. Was getting the odor of antifreeze when the engine was warm. The service tech found the problem to be a hairline split on the seam of the radiator. They had one in stock, and replaced it rite away.Since i warm. The service tech found the problem to be a hairline split on the seam of the radiator. They had one in stock, and replaced it rite away.Since it would be a 5 hour job, they gave me a loaner to take home. 5 STAR SERVICE!!! More
