I love this dealership - Joe Hacker is the best! Usually the service is Excellent! Very disappointed in the service dept this time. I have leased 6 Cadis, 2 Chevys, & 1 GMC from Boucher; I kind of know how the service is Excellent! Very disappointed in the service dept this time. I have leased 6 Cadis, 2 Chevys, & 1 GMC from Boucher; I kind of know how the cars perform. My XT5 is currently veering left daily (7 times in a 5 mile stretch) and feels like I'm driving bald tires on ice. I was told to come back in March when the snow melts (?) the car can't see the lane markers on the road. If that's true why aren't all my other cars veering off? How come I've never had this problem with the other 8 GM cars we've own(ed). I do not appreciate be talked to in a condoscending manner, like I'm an idiot. I pray I don't have an accident. Apparently the problems are all in my imagination. More
