Our service advisor, Matt, was very helpful in getting us new tires for my vehicle. I had a flat tire and they got the tires right away. I did not wait for the tires to be put on.and the front end alignmen new tires for my vehicle. I had a flat tire and they got the tires right away. I am from Chippewa Falls and was visiting relatives in Milwaukee. The issue with my 2021 GMC Sierra truck brakes occurred 3 days before I was scheduled to return home. I contacted a GMC Dealer in the Milwaukee. The issue with my 2021 GMC Sierra truck brakes occurred 3 days before I was scheduled to return home. I contacted a GMC Dealer in the area I was staying. Even though this issue was warranty they told me I could not get an appointment for a week and a half. I then called Boucher and explained my problem. They said to bring my vehicle in the next day. They would find a way and, the time to look at my Truck. I was met and dealt with by the most courteous car dealership staff I have ever experienced! Would of been a five star as everything was perfect for the oil change and tire rotation but my two rear tires had 1 psi less than the fronts. In addition, all four tires should be at 36psi not 35psi and the oil change and tire rotation but my two rear tires had 1 psi less than the fronts.
