Almost completely satisfied. Oil change and tire rotation went well. Dissatisfied that GM could not resolve our tire pressure issues. The day after the service appointment, the Oil change and tire rotation went well. Dissatisfied that GM could not resolve our tire pressure issues. The day after the service appointment, the tire pressure monitor indicated that each tire had a different pressure and continues to do so. How frustrating!!! More

Yet again Misael our did himself. Drop off my vehicle the day prior to my appointment figuring that it wouldn’t be ready until the following day around noon. Then when I returned home Misrael had texted me day prior to my appointment figuring that it wouldn’t be ready until the following day around noon. Then when I returned home Misrael had texted me that the vehicle was completed and that he repaired an additional item that we added onto repair order. Simply amazing service. Thanks Misrael! More
