I came in because my check engine light was on. I was then told that my car needed multiple other services and should have had them taken care of a while ago. I come in for regular oil changes and other then told that my car needed multiple other services and should have had them taken care of a while ago. I come in for regular oil changes and other services and was never told about these services that needed to be done. When I asked why these services were not mentioned at any of my previous visits, the the service worker responded "I don't know, but they are in your owners manual". I felt that it was an incredibly rude comment and did not make me feel like a valued customer. More

My horrible customer service started back in 1982 when I bought my first car, I picked out a Pontiac at one of the Boucher dealers then on the way home I spotted a Ford Mustang at another Boucher Dealer. I bought my first car, I picked out a Pontiac at one of the Boucher dealers then on the way home I spotted a Ford Mustang at another Boucher Dealer. I decided I would rather purchase this car, the first Boucher dealer would not give me my deposit back, my fathers attorney contacted Boucher and I finally got my $400 back. I still purchased a Boucher vehicle even though I received poor customer service because I wanted that mustang. Jumping ahead, 2016 was the first time I stepped back into a Boucher dealer because they had the GMC Denali Acadia that my wife wanted. The customer service at Boucher has not improved since 1982 that is for sure. I have had nothing but issues with the service dept, not to mention your on-line scheduling system is worthless. When I have an appt time at a certain time, I expect my vehicle to be serviced at that time, not sit in the drive thru for nearly an hour. The communication from the service advisors is; none. I purchased a service plan when I purchased my Denali, I was told this plan was only good at your location. After numerus horrible experiences with your service dept, I stopped by the Ewald dealer where I have purchased all my other vehicles since 1982 and they said they would honor the service contract. I also stopped by a mechanic I use for other vehicles I own and I was told none of the issues that Boucher said I needed fixed on my Denali need fixing, just a tire out of balance. I will never step foot in a Boucher dealer again, nor will my family members. Shape up Boucher! More
