I will NEVER buy another vehicle from this dealer. The service department is the worst! I've had my buick encore in twice...both terrible experiences! No communication, no urgency to complete work. I received an email for a promotional price for an oil change and then when I got there they quoted the service at full price. When my car was done it sat in the parking lot for about 10 minutes before th change and then when I got there they quoted the service at full price. I didn’t receive any paperwork on my multi point inspection and had to reach out to the dealership to have it sent to me. Also my car wasn’t washed and the only reason that was given as to why it wasn’t done is that it might rain that day. It is spring, it might rain everyday. More

Came in for an oil change. Reggie informed me of the special which included a tire rotation, which I was not aware of. Everything went smoothly.
