On 4/22/24, I called Boucher Buick GMC of Waukesha at 08:50am, sellers were in a TEAM meeting. Call was returned in a timely fashion by Nick Majeske at 9:30am who verified the vehicle in question was ava 08:50am, sellers were in a TEAM meeting. Call was returned in a timely fashion by Nick Majeske at 9:30am who verified the vehicle in question was available. At 4:10pm I met with Nick who had the vehicle ready to prepped and ready to test drive. Due to Nick being so knowledgeable, informative, personable with an outstanding personality, I drove my dream truck home that night without a flinch. Nick even assisted me in setting up my GMC app on my android phone, which was appreciated. I have no doubt I will be back looking for Nick and another awesome experience at this dealership. More

Terrible communication, and replaced the motor under warranty with a “rebuilt” motor. They also didn’t make an attempt to clean any parts under the hood as they removed and replaced them. They got me the car I wanted at a good price. The only issue was that the myBuick app wasn't working and they walked me through with OnStar to get it working.
