Purchase 2012 Buick Our sales representative is Martin Morris Gutierrez. Martin sold a car to our son a few months ago and when we saw a car on your Boucher website, we Our sales representative is Martin Morris Gutierrez. Martin sold a car to our son a few months ago and when we saw a car on your Boucher website, we asked our son for a salespersons name. Our son called Martin, and although Martin was scheduled to be off the next day, he came in. We arrived at our scheduled time and Martin had the car cleaned off ( previous day snow storm) and warming up for a test drive. After the test drive, we were ready to make an offer. While the first offer was lower than the asking price, Martin just took the offer to his Finance Manager. Martin returned after a brief wait, and we understood the offer was low. After a few minutes of getting to a realistic number, the deal was completed in 90 minutes. We returned later in the afternoon to pick up the car, This was our choice as we had a commitment to attend to. My husband purchased a 2017 Chevrolet at Boucher last winter. Both my husband and son are pleased with the Service Department and scheduling. Service was not mechanical, it was for oil changes and other benefits purchased in the package. Martin, while a young man, showed great experience and sales knowledge of the auto. It was our pleasure. More

Jennifer made me feel like all she was concerned about was that I was comfortable and relaxed about my purchase. I never felt like I was being pressured to make a decision. No Hassle Dealer It was great not to haggle back and forth with the manager to work out a deal. All of the paperwork was scanned to a jump drive that was given to us vs. leaving with a folder full of documents! Very efficient process and we will definitely return when it's time for another trade. Also, we picked up our vehicle on a very cold, inclement day and Nick offered to have us bring it back for a thorough cleaning, inside and out. We recently took it back for the cleaning and were given another vehicle to use vs. having to sit at the shop, and Nick said he would call us when it was ready. Wow, what a great job they did!! Customer service is superb - highly recommend this dealership! More
