From my first interactions with Chelsea, I felt like I could rely on her for accurate informat purchase-especially from afar-is trust in the seller. From my first interactions with Chelsea, I felt like I could rely on her for accurate information and an honest representation of the car I was interested in. She took a video of the car and highlighted its possible imperfections. She was forthright about what she knew or didn't know about the car and its history. And when the car arrived, there were no surprises: it was exactly what I thought I'd purchased. I'll also add that her communication/communication style is very good and definitely made me feel more comfortable in making my decision. There were no high-pressure sales tactics used (or any pushiness in general), nor did I get inundated with messages/calls after I indicated interest. She checked in at reasonable intervals but was also extremely timely in responding whenever I inquired about something, both before and after the sale. She's personable, helpful, and generally just good at her job.
