The worst dealer I dealt with. I asked for the keys to the vehicle and he (Mike) said sure but the price is firm. After looking at the vehicle I ask if I can take it for a test dri I asked for the keys to the vehicle and he (Mike) said sure but the price is firm. After looking at the vehicle I ask if I can take it for a test drive. He kept saying sure but the price is firm and wouldn't go down at all. Not even here to talk about his xxxxx price! This guy seems prejudice and was not friendly at all. More

Mike made the whole process quick and easy. Truck was clean and ready for test drive when I arrived. Paperwork process was easy. The store was clean and comfortable. Amazing staff I had been looking for a car for two months until i went to Bose motors in crestwood illinois. The sales department were so helpful and nice! We mainl I had been looking for a car for two months until i went to Bose motors in crestwood illinois. The sales department were so helpful and nice! We mainly worked with a man named Mike he truly helped us find the right vehicle without any pressure. Even the other men were super helpful! Im very happy with my new Buick Enclave, shes a beauty and drives great. I wouldn't have been able to find a better vehicle if it wasnt for the staff there.
