Bosak Honda - Service Center

Mechanics are great, service writers awful. When I made the appointment the person on the phone was great. I needed an oil change and had an emergency drivers side window fail. When I arrived for my appointment the greeter acted like she had no idea who I was or what I needed. Then instead of talking about my car problem she started telling me about the 49.00 charge for them to look at my problem. Well I had no window (regulator failed) so I'm pretty sure I can't drive without a window so talking about 49.00 was irritating. After inspecting my car a different person came to talk to me. Again all about price didn't explain whys or what's. I have been going to Bosak Honda for years, I trust the mechanics so of course went with their recommendations. I would appreciate knowledgeable people speaking to me about my car service. This did not happen. I had to google what parts I was getting when I returned home. As a loyal customer who values Hondas I have to say communication was awful. There was no explanation of why work needed to be performed. More

SRS Dash light Brought car in as SRS light came on dashboard ,thought it was Air bags but ended up being the seat belt . Oil Change and tire rotation Had a full synthetic oil change and tire rotation. Service writer said I could use blended oil, but I told him my owners manual said that in my Civic Had a full synthetic oil change and tire rotation.
