Honda Service Department is the reason I stay with Honda. I've been using this Honda dealership since I bought my first new car ever, a 1996 Civic Hatch. I talked my friend Kristi into buying a Fit in 2013 and she agrees - best service department she's ever used. I talked two other friends into going to Bozak. They'd been going through some financial hardship and Ralph went above and beyond to make it happen for them. Now their family has a safe and reliable car at last. I know when I recommend the folks at Bozak Honda, it will come out fine. Honestly, I love this place. If Bozak Honda were a man, I'd marry it. John Edgington deserves a big fat raise. AND you should either pay me to do a commercial for Honda OR send me a voucher for money off the new HRV because I sing Bozak's praises all over La Porte and Porter County. I've talked people out of other cars (take THAT, Toyota!) and into going to Bozak. Thank you for giving me enough space here to state my feelings. When people are great, it should be known. If you don't send me money, then send it to John Edgington. Maybe he'll buy me new floor mats or at least a coffee. :-) More

Routine service on 2014 Honda Accord EX-L Routine service provided including oil change and tire rotation in about 45 minutes. Heavy rain event today so I did not ask for the car wash. I use a coupon received in the mail for a good discount on the service. Service department head drove my car around to the covered car park area so I would not get wet while entering my car. Greeted by Chad King (sales person that sold us our Accord) and Mike Walsh while I was in the waiting area. Friendly folks and excellent service all around! More

Service on 2005 Honda Odyssey Excellent service. I brought the Odyssey in for a recall on the fuel filter system. They did a thorough inspection and found the back brake pads were Excellent service. I brought the Odyssey in for a recall on the fuel filter system. They did a thorough inspection and found the back brake pads were bad but only to the point where I needed new pads and the rotors turned and not to the point where the rotors has to be replaced. They also found a bad cell on the battery and while repaving the battery they found that the + terminal had corroded to the point where the cable had to be replaced. More

Don Mccarty was the salesman that introduced me to what Bozak had to offer. His follow up contacts after my initial visit were very low pressure and professional. After shopping around, I came back to Bozak and to Don Mccarty. The whole process of negotiating and signing the papers could not have gone more smoothly. I would highly recommend shopping and buying (in my case my first lease of a vehicle) a vehicle from Bozak Honda. Don and the rest of the staff realize that they have a great product to sell.
